HOW TO MAKE FRESH JUICE

• 1.snow pear、banana and lettuce juice

• Material: one snow pear,one banana,100g lettuce,one lemon,
• Tool: juicer(i usually use SKG juicer),
• Practice:
  
  
  1) wash and peel the snow pear,quarter it in sections,
  
  2)peel banana and cut it into pieces,
  3 wash lettuce and use it to wrap banana pieces,
  4)quarter lemon in sections with rind,but clean lemon core
  5)pour all fruit into your juicer in sequence to make juice.
• It is more delicious if you add honey and ice ,you can add them according to your habit.
• 2.orange juice
  All of we know that orange is good for our body as it is full of vitamin and other nutrient , so orange juice is also good for our health.Here are some tips for making orange juice at home.
  Material: fresh orange
  1) peel it and cut peeled oranges into small pieces,
  2) Pull all orange pieces to your juicer, then make juice
  3) Add honey and ice into it,then you can enjoy your fresh juice
